In the line-following exercise, once you move onto the Ackerman circuits, you notice two things: first, the speeds don’t match those on normal circuits, and second, the wheels slide, causing the car to wobble from side to side. My theory regarding the latter is that the front wheels either have little or no friction, or the gears aren’t set properly. I’ve tried changing gears, but it doesn’t work, so it could be a problem with the simulator and the friction.

What do you mean by “changing gears”? The programming interface of the Ackermann car is just V and W commands.
