On my computer I had to set the Nvidia video card as the main one, because the fan was working hard on my PC with just the processor.
The experience was good . It’s a good topic to try, starting to coordinate robots is good, it opens a lot of ideas to realize.
The PID controller, I had to tune it manually. It was left with very small values.
Running the exercise in Linux was not so easy, in Linux it’s all from terminal and when the service is open I can’t kill the process, even with ctrl+c. It continued working.
Please use Uhibotics better than offline RoboticsAcademy, whether on Linux, Windows or MacOS. This way it will be easier to use, as only the installation of the RoboticsBackend docker image is required (downloading it and launching it) . The RoboticsBackend automatically will detect your installed GPU and use it. More info at the info “i” button at Unibotics itself.
