Stuck at Launching (1)

Hello. I have been working on the Localized Vacuum problem and for many days I have been encountering that it takes 2 reloads on the site for it to connect to remote backend. I was able to deal with that even though it was very time consuming and frustrating, since every two or three presses on the “load in robot” button it just would get stuck.

Now, even after reloading twice, i am stuck in Launching(1) when pressing the launch button. I have tried this for at least four times and I am still experiencing the problem.

Hi @chuismiguel,

probably there is a problem with the machine the platform has allocated for your simulations in RemoteBackend. In order to get another machine: select local backend in your profile settings, log out Unibotics, log in again and select remote backend again. Try then.

Anyway use the LocalBackend whenever possible, it is the recommended way. RemoteBackend is the fall back, the B-plan.
